At KZA Brows, we believe in providing a luxurious and relaxing experience for all our valued clients. Our commitment to excellence extends beyond our services to the establishment of clear and transparent policies. These policies are designed to ensure the smooth operation of our salon and guarantee the satisfaction of everyone who walks through our doors.

Refund Policy:

  • All services provided by KZA Brows are deemed non-refundable. While services are non-refundable, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please bring it to our attention so that we can address and rectify any concerns.

Deposit Policy:

  • To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit may be required. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service. In the event of cancellation or not showing up for appointment, the deposit will forfeited. Rescheduling at least 72 hours prior to your appointment allows the transfer of the deposit to the new date.

Late Arrival Policy:

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly ask that you notify us if you anticipate being late, there will be 10 minute grace period, clients that arrive after 10 minute will be considered cancelled/no SHOW.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to your scheduled time.

Missed Appointment/No-Show Policy:

  • Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be subject to a 50% cost of the scheduled service as fee. Continued no-shows may require FULL pre-payment for future appointments.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
